Plant Description
Nodding onion is native to North America and has pink, lavender or white blooms in early to mid-summer which attract butterflies and bees. It has a pungent odor but is edible to humans and resistant to deer. It grows in clumps in well-drained soil and full to part sun, reaching 8 – 18 inches tall.
