Plant Package Description
This is a wonderful collection of plants for full sun gardens that support pollinators. These deer resistant plants look great together and will do well in a moist, well-drained garden soil. They are butterfly host plants providing food for growing caterpillars. (Of course no plant is deer "proof" depending on the number of deer in your area and how hungry they are! Plant unprotected with caution).
Swamp milkweed is an important food source for monarch butterflies.
Threadleaf tickseed attracts butterflies, beneficial insects and birds.
Spotted beebalm is a valued food source for native bees and also attracts ruby-throated humming birds and butterflies such as the Karner Blue.
Blunt Mountain mint attracts large quantities of pollinators and is a caterpillar host plant.
