When can I pick up the items I pre-ordered on this site?
Pickup will be available at Phipps Garden Center in Mellon Park on either Sat., May 6 from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. or Mon., May 8 from noon – 6 p.m.
What should I bring with me when I arrive to pick up my pre-ordered items?
Nothing! We will have your order prepared based on your last name. Be sure to provide the name in which the order was placed.
I am unavailable to pick up plants on either May 6 or 8. Can I have someone else pick up my plants on one of these days?
Yes! They can give us your name and we will prepare the order.
I am unavailable to pick up plants on either either May 6 or 8. Can I order plants and pick them up at a later date?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any plants which are not picked up by May 10. Please be sure that one of the pickup dates will work for you before ordering. Orders not picked up by May 10 will be forfeited.
Can I have items on this website shipped to me?
No. The items for sale on this website are only available for pickup at Phipps Garden Center in Mellon Park.
Can I pick up my pre-ordered items from Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens?
No. Purchases made on this site can only be picked up at Phipps Garden Center in Mellon Park.
Is parking available at Phipps Garden Center?
Yes. Patrons are welcome to park in the metered lot next to Phipps Garden Center in Mellon Park, located at 1059 Shady Avenue.
When is the last chance to pre-order items on this website?
We will stop taking pre-orders for the Virtual Native Plant Sale on Sun., March 26.
