When can I pick up the items I pre-ordered on this site?

Pickup will be available at Phipps Garden Center Thurs., Dec. 8 from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.; Fri., Dec. 9 from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.; and Sat., Dec. 10 from 10 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

What should I bring with me when I arrive to pick up my pre-ordered items?

Please bring your order confirmation email when you arrive to pick up your pre-ordered items.

Can I have items on this website shipped to me?

No. The items for sale on this website are only available for pickup at Phipps Garden Center in Mellon Park.

Can I pick up my pre-ordered items from Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens?

No. Purchases made on this site can only be picked up at Phipps Garden Center in Mellon Park.

Is parking available at Phipps Garden Center?

Yes. Patrons are welcome to park in the metered lot next to Phipps Garden Center in Mellon Park, located at 1059 Shady Avenue.

When is the last chance to pre-order items on this website?

We will stop taking pre-orders on Tues., Nov. 1.

Can I purchase plants at Phipps Garden Center without an online preorder?

Yes. In addition to all of the items on this site, the in-person market offers additional loose green varieties, exciting poinsettia varieties seen in Holiday Magic! Winter Flower Show and Light Garden and the opportunity to have a wreath custom designed for you.
