Plant Description
Culver's root is a native perennial with tall spiking white flowers blooming in late spring to early summer in full sun. Grows up to 7 feet tall and 4 feet wide, culver's root supports a variety of wildlife, including native bees such as bumblebees, mason bees, green metallic bees and masked bees. The blooms also attract butterflies, moths and beneficial syrphid flies. They do well in average to wet soils, perfect for rain gardens but also grow well in garden beds. Deer tolerant.
