Package Description

Welcome caterpillars in your garden to grow into beautiful adults (or to provide food for other wildlife) with this Caterpillar Café Plant Collection.  These plants will feed growing caterpillars and support their journey into adulthood. With foxglove beardtongue, little bluestem, New England aster and golden alexanders you’ll support checkerspots, 9 species of skippers, pearl crescent butterflies and black swallowtail butterflies in your yard, respectively. In addition to supporting all these butterflies, you will be feeding specialist mason and miner bees, as well as other beneficial bees, wasps and flies. And you’ll be able to enjoy the beautiful blooms of foxglove in late spring to mid-summer, golden alexanders in summer and New England asters in the fall along with little bluestem’s colorful fall display.
