Ideal for full sun to part shade, the Hot for Pollinators plant package contains purple coneflower, Joe Pye weed 'Little Joe', smooth oxeye 'Burning Hearts', and cardinal flower. This collection will grow well together and look great with warm colors of reds, pinks and yellow. Purple coneflower is a staple in pollinator gardens, supporting bees, butterflies and hummingbirds. It also produces seeds for birds in the fall. Joe Pye weed 'Little Joe' is a great fit for home gardens providing nectar for butterflies (swallowtails, monarchs, and fritillaries) and pollen for bees (bumble and carpenter). Smooth oxeye 'Burning Hearts' are a gorgeous cultivar supporting butterflies and producing seeds for birds. The brilliant cardinal flower supports swallowtail butterflies (among others) as well as hummingbirds. Cardinal flower will self seed.
